Outsourcing your typing is a cost-effective way to keep up with your workload without taking on extra staff and incurring additional overheads.
Digital Dictation
Our prices start at £1* per minute for clear dictation. If the dictation is difficult to transcribe due to poor recording quality, background noise, or accents we will advise you of a revised charge (per minute of dictation) to reflect the additional transcription time required, prior to commencement of the work. We base our prices on 15 minutes of digital dictation taking one hour to transcribe.
We use Olympus software for transcription of digital files:
• DSS
• WMA
• WAV
• MP3
• MP4
Copy Typing
We can also copy type from manuscript or printed/typed originals. Prices for copy typing are:
Manuscript: £8.30* per 1000 words (please note that if handwriting is difficult to read we will contact you to agree a revised fee before work begins)
Printed/typed original: £8.00* per 1000 words
Excel spreadsheets
We can create and edit Excel spreadsheets. Prices for this work start at £25 per hour.
Completed work
Email – Finished documents will be emailed back to the Client as a Word, Excel or PDF document (as appropriate).
Hard copy – Printed versions of the finished document can be provided at a cost of 10p per page (black) or 25p per page (colour), plus postage.
