Wouldn’t it be nice to fly off on a business trip without the stress of having to book it? Our travel and accommodation package will help you do just that, and leave you to enjoy the trip without and worry.
It is up to you to provide us with as much or as little information as you would like to. We can do all the background searching for you. For example, we can research the best locations and hotels, and can either give you a plan of your journey, or research the best flights.
If there are any specific activities you would like to do when you arrive then we can provide you with information on how to get there, or organise a transfer.
We can also provide you with a detailed itinerary of events while you are there to make sure you know exactly where you need to be at all times. For example, it you have many meetings to attend we can make sure you know how and when to get to each one.
Our aim is to take the stress of planning off of you and allow you to enjoy your trip.
Pricing
Our fee is £25 (plus VAT) an hour. Time can be bought in blocks of 10 hours. There is no time limit on the use of the hours – you use them as and when you need. When you have 5 hours left we’ll send you a reminder to top-up.
Payment – We like all payments to be made by electronic bank transfer.
