Telephone Answering


Clients will need to set up a call divert to one of our available numbers. This can be arranged with your current telephone provider (we will advise you which number to divert to).

Cost per month

The cost of using a dedicated number on our system is £50 per month (plus VAT, first month payable in advance). This price includes the first 10 messages relayed to the client. All calls will be answered in your company name (as briefed by Client).

Cost per call

In addition to the line rental, costs per call are as follows:

Our commitment to you

  • Activity reports will be sent weekly with details of all calls relayed and messages taken.
  • Additional calls will be invoiced on a monthly basis.
  • Service times – Unless otherwise agreed, our normal service times are 08.30 to 17.00, Monday – Friday.
  • Outside of these times messages can be left on the answerphone, and these messages will be relayed to the client the next working day.

  • Provide details of times when you will be available to returns calls to your callers.
  • Provide briefing notes to virtuallyperfectpa.com so that we can assist your callers.
  • Keep virtuallyperfectpa.com updated with any changes to products or services.
  • Meet monthly payment plan as agreed.

Conditions

  • A deposit of £50 plus one month’s line rental in advance is required at the commencement of the contract.
  • The contract can be cancelled at any time, but one month’s notice is required.
  • Any charges outstanding after the termination date will be deducted from the £50 deposit. You will remain liable for the cost of any calls not covered by the deposit.
  • Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Clients will be invoiced as at the 14th of each month, and payment is to be received by the 28th of the month.
  • Clients will be required to enter into a contract for the above service. In the event of non-payment virtuallyperfectpa.com reserves the right to suspend this service or cancel the contract with all costs falling due.

Breakdowns are rare, however, virtuallyperfectpa.com cannot be held responsible for the failure of telecoms or IT equipment which prevents us from providing this service.
