Fees

We want to see your business succeed. If you’re successful so are we. Our aim is to help you in any way we can. We have therefore put together three simple ways to pay for the services we offer. We work with individuals or companies of all sizes, and we have experts who can help you set up a new company and even offer business mentoring and support.

Monthly work plans

The simplest and best way to work and our best value option. There is no standard or set fee, once we have discussed and understand your needs we will jointly develop a work plan to fit your business now and as you continue grow. We review your needs as often as needed to ensure the plan fits perfectly, this means your business can flex without incurring additional cost we will simply handle any extra workload. You can build everything and anything into this plan from just reception work to our full back office support including our bookkeeping or full accounts package.

One-off Work

Ideal for one-off bits of work and trialling our basic range of services. Used for items such as presentations, bids or quotations for new clients. Our one-off work rate starts as low as £25 per hour, for tasks such as bid document editing, or formatting for that important presentation. We offer a minimum one hour fee, thereafter in 30 minute segments or part thereof.

Non-Virtual support work

We are sometimes asked to arrange and attend meetings with our clients. It might be an important new contact developed through our reception service, where we take minutes, or perhaps you just need a hand with the setting up prior to the meeting. We provide a meet and greet service to events we have organised to ensure your guests are put at ease and you are able to mingle so everything goes off like clockwork. Prices are on application for Non-virtual support work, and are often included within the event cost

Payment is made simple by bank transfer.

Extras

We try to make our packages all inclusive wherever possible but expenses (telephone calls outbound, stationery, postage, travel, printing etc) are charged separately at agreed cost unless wrapped into your monthly work plan.
